  • Tis’ the season to peppermint brownie truffles!! Ingredients: Gluten free brownie mix- we used @pamelasproducts 1/4 cup Osso Good bone broth 2 11.5oz bags of chocolate chips (about 2 cups) 1/2 cup oil 1 egg 2 drops of peppermint essential oil Peppermints, crushed for toppings Directions: Bake brownies according to directions. Replace the water with bone broth. Once the brownies are done, take out to cool for 15 minutes. Break the edges off the brownies. Take a cookie dough scoop and form brownie balls on a baking sheet. Continue this process until your brownies are gone. Place your brownie balls in the freezer. Keep in the freezer for at least an hour. Once your brownies are frozen melt your chocolate over the stove top. Place two drops of peppermint oil into your chocolate. Dip your brownie ball into the melted chocolate and top with peppermints. Continue for all brownies then place in the fridge for chocolate to harden. #ossogood #christmasfood
  • Salsa verde pulled chicken: 1 jar of salsa verde 2 chicken breasts 1 cup Osso Good Chicken bone broth Large handful of cilantro 1 jalapeño, chopped Directions: Add everything into the Instant Pot, make sure the valve is closed. Press poultry. Release the valve, turn off and take two forks and pull your chicken. #ossogood

  • Another day another carrot soup 😋 Ingredients: 1 16oz bag of whole carrots, cut in half. One onion, chopped 1 pouch @osso_good_bones chicken bone broth Half a lemon 1/4 tsp pink salt 1 Tbsp fresh ginger Directions: sautĂ© your carrots and onions for 5-10 minutes in your Instant Pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and set to manual mode for 10 minutes. Release the valve and add your soup into a food processor or blender. Pulse until creamy. Note: you do not need an Instant Pot for this recipe. You can boil all your ingredients on the stove top until soft, then purĂ©e. #ossogood

  • Who’s in the mood for stuffed peppers?! Let’s make them: 1lb ground beef 2 Tbsp taco seasoning 2 garlic cloves, chopped 2 tsp pink salt 1 small onion, chopped 1 can 15.5 oz black beans, drained 1 cup tomato sauce 1 cup Osso Good Beef broth 2 cups cauliflower rice 1 cup of tomato sauce over top 5 large green peppers Directions: Cook off ground beef until you no longer see pink. Cut the top of the pepper off and deseed. Mix all your ingredients together in a large fry pan. Place your peppers in a casserole dish and stuff them with the remaining ingredients. Top with tomato sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 400 for 45 minutes. #ossogood
