Looking for the perfect amount of heat to “spice” up your taco night?  Adding the spicy pork bone broth to your beef as it simmers is the easiest way to add a little kick that will leave your mouth drooling for more.  I don’t want to exaggerate here, so I’ll say it straight…it is one of the best meals I’ve made in a while and it was super easy!  I decided to add a few sweet peppers to the mix for the vitamin C and to balance out the spice.  Yummy!

Spicy Taco Night Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb grass fed and finished ground beef

1 medium yellow onion

4-5 sweet peppers (I mixed yellow, orange, and red)

1 jalapeno (seeded for less heat)

1/2 c spicy pork Osso Good Bone Broth

tortillas (can be made of wheat, cassava, or sweet potatoes)

avocado, radish, and salsa as garnish (optional)

Method

  1. Chop the onion, jalapenos, and peppers.  Sautee them over medium heat with a little olive oil until softened.  Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Add the spicy pork Osso Good Bone Broth and add salt to taste.
  3. Heat tortillas in skillet until soft.  Top with meat and garnishes as desired.

Voila!  Dinner is served!
