Looking for the perfect amount of heat to “spice” up your taco night? Ā Adding the spicy pork bone broth to your beef as it simmers is the easiest way to add a little kick that will leave your mouth drooling for more. Ā I don’t want to exaggerate here, so I’ll say it straight…it is one of the best meals I’ve made in a while and it was super easy! Ā I decided to add a few sweet peppers to the mix for the vitamin C and to balance out the spice. Ā Yummy!

Spicy Taco Night Recipe

1 lb grass fed and finished ground beef

1 medium yellow onion

4-5 sweet peppers (I mixed yellow, orange, and red)

1 jalapeno (seeded for less heat)

1/2 c spicy pork Osso Good Bone Broth

tortillas (can be made of wheat, cassava, or sweet potatoes)

avocado, radish, and salsa as garnish (optional)

  1. Chop the onion, jalapenos, and peppers. Ā Sautee them over medium heat with a little olive oil until softened. Ā Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Add the spicy pork Osso Good Bone Broth and add salt to taste.
  3. Heat tortillas in skillet until soft. Ā Top with meat and garnishes as desired.

Voila! Ā Dinner is served!

Like I said, it’s incredibly easy and super delicious! Ā Your tastebuds will thank you!
